Channel Zero Season 4 The Dream Door rated TV-14 for disturbing imagery, violence, and some sexuality

After newlyweds Jillian and Tom discover a mysterious door that appears in their basement.  When the door is opened, terror emerges in the form of a mysterious figure.  It becomes apparent that there are painful secrets between Jillian and Tom that threaten to destroy them. Just like the previous seasons of Channel Zero, this one was based off of a CreepyPasta story.  I haven't read it but would like to.  This is my second favorite season of Channel Zero.  I was sad to learn that this is the last one but they went out on a good note at least. Not that any of these seasons are kid friendly but this one is the most sexually explicit of all of the seasons.  It isn't necessarily a complaint as it makes sense since this story is talking about newlyweds and it is tastefully done. The story was well done and played out to my satisfaction. The acting was very well done.  The characters were all great even the villains.

Channel Zero Season 3 Butcher's Block rated TV-14 for violence and disturbing imagery

A young woman named Alice moves to a new town with her sister Zoe who has mental health issues.  Alice takes a job working for Child Protective Services with the idea of course to help others in need.  It is obvious that the move and job is an effort at a new start for both sisters so that they can both recover in their own ways from a traumatic childhood.  Soon after Alice takes the job she learns of stories about mysterious staircases that stand alone and seem to lead up to the sky.  She is warned to stay away from such staircases.  She also learns of mysterious disappearances that may be connected to the staircases but also to the infamous Peach family.  The Peaches were a prosperous family that thrived as owners of the local meatpacking company.  Then they vanished from one day to the next years ago amid horrific whispers of foul deeds.  Some people still fear that the Peach family may still somehow be around.  Alice and Zoe get caugh...

Channel Zero Season 2: No End House rated TV-14 for violence and disturbing images

In Season 2 of the anthology series Channel Zero, a group of teenagers dares to go to a traveling "haunted house" attraction called No End House.  Rumors abound about this mysterious haunted house that shows up without warning in various small towns throughout the country.  It has six rooms inside and supposedly each room is more horrible than the last and the rooms are specifically catered to terrorize whoever enters the room.  It's something along the lines of if someone is scared of ants someone will see/encounter ants only not quite as simple and straightforward as that.  It caters more to internal fears and insecurities that the ants might represent rather than the actual insects.  After the group flees from the No End House they discover to their horror that something has followed them out of the house.  Margot sacrifices herself to save the others and the house disappears without a trace with Margot inside.  Some time later, Jules embarks on a d...
